Jeff Mangel, Co-Founder - President

Jeff is Co-founder of Orlando Lakes and Wetlands. His chief duties include overseeing all field operations and calling on clients to be sure that the best service is being given. He also acquires the information needed to compile the monitoring reports for state and county compliances.
He graduated from Florida State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He has over 25 years of experience as a marine biologist including his work with the Florida Game and Freshwater Fish Commission.
John N. Natale, Jr., Co-Founder / CFO

Co-founder of Orlando Lakes and Wetlands, John was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut. John and his family have been in Palm Beach County for the last 17 years.
Having worked in the construction industry in Connecticut, John turned his attentions to Management & Marketing. Johns expertise is in developing policy and marketing procedures that pulls the organizations people onto the same page, always motivating, moving in a forward motion, giving employees clear proven guidance thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
Establishing and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for Orlando Lakes and Wetlands customers as well as their employees is his highest priority.
Jeffrey C. Mangel, Vice President

Jeffrey, originally from West Palm Beach, now heads up all operations for Orlando Lakes and Wetlands. Jeffrey graduated from Florida State University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing.
Jeffrey’s chief duties are expanding and overseeing all field operations and ensuring that all of GCLW’s clients are receiving the best environmental services possible.
Louis Palermo, Vice President of Operations

Louis oversees the day to day operations of the environmental sensitive areas, coordinating, and distributing crews throughout our communities; maintaining the lakes and littorals keeping them in State and Governmental compliance.
Louis is also in charge of Orlando Lakes and Wetlands Fountain & Aerator division for sales, service, and installation keeping our lakes crystal clear and picture perfect.
Michael Elion, Environmental Biologist

After completing his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in biological anthropology at the University of Florida then going on to earn his Master of Arts from the George Washington University in the District of Columbia, Michael returned to his native State, Floridato join up with Orlando Lakes and Wetlands.
Michaels chief duties include the inspection and monitoring of zoned mitigation areas and the generation and submission of scientific monitoring reports. He prides himself on his people skills and his ability to complete tasks both in a professional and efficient manner.
Janice Natale, Office Administrator

Jan has been with Orlando Lakes and Wetlands. since its inception in 1998. She is the Office Manager. Her duties include billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and insurance requirements.
